WHAT TO BRING:
Players will go from turf to grass to concrete and back again. It is IMPERATIVE that all athletes bring a pair of cleats AND a pair of sneakers/training shoes. Participants should also bring their stick and all of their protective equipment including shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, mouthpiece, and cup. Sunscreen is recommended. Lastly, a positive attitude goes a long way!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Athletes will be performing a series of tests to measure their athleticism and skill on an even playing field. Athletes will be divided into four groups at random and complete the following group of events. These four groups will rotate through each set of tests before reconvening for a round-robin scrimmages. The day will conclude with a campus tour and lunch.
Athletic tests will be filmed unless stated otherwise.

- 40 Yard Dash
- 5-10-5 Shuttle Run
- Mile Run*

Each athlete will run 40 yard dash and the 5-10-5 twice; the better of two attempts is entered into database.
Mile will be run once.

Athletes will be required to change out of their cleats and into sneakers/training shoes for this group. Athletes will go two at a time.

This group will be divided in two. One half will test shot speed and accuracy while the other will participate in drills overseen by college coaches. When sufficiently tested, groups will switch.
